Private Tours

Welcome to Paris

If you’re coming to Paris, you’re going to have quite a few questions.  How does the métro work?  Where can I go out tonight?  What are the best neighborhoods to visit?  Who are those people with clipboards asking me for money outside of the Louvre?  Where can I find a decent meal?  Why does the coffee come in such small cups?

It can seem overbearing.

Fear not, if you’d like to break the Parisian ice and to get a local’s view of life in the City of Light, I have the perfect solution for you!

tours and travel in Paris
That's me!

I've launched a tour service called The Gay Locals, a LGBT-friendly tour company that offers tours of Paris that just happen to be organized by a team of awesome gay men and women. Don't worry, it's not exclusively a "gay" tour, just gay-friendly, but we give tours to everyone. If you want to talk about gay history though, we can definitely be of service (and it's pretty cool stuff!). Check out some of our reviews on TripAdvisor from both men and women, gay and straight.

Some other treks we can organize include, but are not limited to:

- The sights around the Canal St-Martin neighborhood and onward towards Belleville
- Trendy spots in the Upper Marais and the more historic corners of the medieval Marais
- Nightlife tours for LGBT travelers looking to find the best happy hours and bars in the Marais
- Any other personal requests welcomed!

Check out the offerings on The Gay Locals and/or send me an email and let me know what you're looking for and we can tailor a walk to your preferences and answer any questions you have before your arrival.  A bientôt
